The plasma arrived yesterday, exactly as described and when predicted. No
problems with delivery.
The screen is sensational.
Your communication has been quick (do you ever sleep?), and the service
excellent.

Customer: Purchased a Hitachi plasma 42PD7000MA
Just to let you know I just had the plasma screen delivered... I'm
installing cupboards all day... so it remains in the box until Thursday
afternoon I'm afraid...
But I thank you for doing what you could to have it delivered in time...
It's been great dealing with you... (if all the pixels are alive and
well - then really it's been a perfect transaction)....

Elite Screens: 1 in 1000+ plasmas will have a broken pixel. You'll be fine!
